About you

We are looking for an experienced patient information manager for a new exciting role. Excellent written communication skills, copy editing, and audit skills are necessary for this post, and you will need to have previous experience in writing for a variety of different media channels. You will have the ability to transfer complex medical information in a language that can be accessed and knowledgeable about the steps involved in information production. You will have experience in managing the line and the ability to review and make notes on the work of others. The previous experience in working in healthcare for cancer will be an advantage.
About the role
This is an exciting time to join Myeloma UK where we launch our new strategy for five years.
As the patient’s information manager, you will have the opportunity to lead, develop and diversify the patient information that we currently produce with a group of internal and external stakeholders. Patient information management will supervise the quality of all productive resources, and ensure compliance with recognized standards and internal brand requirements.
The patient’s information manager will also be responsible for managing the information events team that carries digital and personal events for the affected by the Melanoma, and they work with the team to plan the program for all events.
