We are the independent body that was prepared to review student complaints that have not been resolved about higher education providers in England and Wales. We are enthusiastic about fairness, and we believe that complaints provide an important learning to improve the experience of all students. We have a comprehensive organizational culture and we want our council to be more representative for those we serve. We appreciate the various experiences and views of life, and we welcome applications of candidates from all backgrounds.

What do we do

We review the complaints that were not resolved from the students about their provider and submit recommendations to service providers to put matters in their right quorum if they make a mistake. We share learning from complaints to help improve policies and practices throughout the sector, and we contribute to the development of policy, both in the organizational framework of higher education/trilogy and in the Ombud -Secretary Sector.

Our council

Our council responsible for the effective governance of our organization. It defines our general strategic direction and leads to our vision and values, and supervises the planning, development and performance of the OIA chart and protecting our independence as the Organization of Grievances. The Board of Directors does not participate in reviewing student complaints.

What are we looking for

We are specifically looking for secretaries/managers who have a student perspective, so you will be a student/student currently or working at a large level in a student organization in England or Wales. Please use the correct link to the application depending on the category that applies to you.
