Role

As an essential database engineer, you will bring your design, development and test to improve the SQL database of the open source wire chain. You will constantly improve system performance, ensuring that Questdb is still evolving and easy to use as we offer new features designed with C ++ and Java (zero GC). You will have the opportunity to interact with and collect comments from the growing Questdb community from users and shareholders. You will have an opportunity to work in an open and cooperative environment to improve the user experience and the consistency of the system along the way.

requirements

• 3+ years of experience in building data focusing programs, including data writing and setting algorithms
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience
• Efficiency in C ++ and rust
• Java’s intermediate knowledge
• A strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, interior OS, and devices
• The situation that can, good communication skills, sympathy
• Experience in work in teams, with the functioning of GIT, CI, and software review reviews
• The cloud experience is plus
