Associate Professor / Professor of Marketing at Bristol University
Role
The Bristol University Business Administration invites requests for a pending Associate Professor / Professor of Marketing On a full and open basis.
We seek to recruit candidates who are strong scientists and are keen to participate in developing the marketing and consumption group. The group is distinguished in approaching marketing as a basic function for companies and institutions, and as a vibrant academic field that represents the key to understanding a rapidly changed world. Its strengths lies in emphasizing that it places on the marketing interface and consumer research. Employees in the group have a wide range of experience and experience, which includes the diversity of systematic and disciplinary traditions, as well as the backgrounds of the researcher and practitioner. The priorities of research, teaching and participation are organized on topics related to digital marketing, consumption,/or the Marketing and Consumption Association.
We deeply care about education and the student’s experience. We expect the candidate to provide inspiring and innovative graduate education and graduate levels. We also increase our multidisciplinary programs, so openness to work with colleagues from other disciplines is a feature.
What will you do?
This is a research and teaching leaflet in marketing. We would like to appoint an active associate professor or professor of academic track 1 who can provide leadership in their own field.

We are looking for someone
- Continuous follow -up to high -quality research in the fields of marketing and management.
- Show high -quality academic publications in the field of broad marketing, reflected in the published, coming and planned work.
- Contribute to developing the impact of research and participation with the non -academic masses.
- Submit an application for external research funds from research councils, government,/or industry and/or other sources.
- Teaching and brand at all levels, including executive education.
- Supervising the design, development and improvement or review of the current and/or new teaching.
- Supervising doctoral theses and doctorate degrees in the leading ability.
- Work as a personal teacher for university students and/or graduate students.
- Directing members of the academic group or teaching school and/or research.
- Providing leadership within the school or university through work in teams, groups and committees.
