We are looking for a multi -use associate dean with experience in educational development and quality. In CSM, we “renew creativity” through our three basic identities: as a cultural institution, an educational organization and rapidly developed works. To build on the basic spirit of the college represented in the subjects and objectivity as an artistic school, CSM has launched three intellectual schools: C-SCCOL, S-Sechool and M-SCHOOL. There is a deliberate confirmation of disciplinary groups such as art, design and performance. The current naming strategy emphasizes the full (C + S + M = CSM) and aims to allow an space to work through schools and adapt to societal conditions and planets as shown in our ambitious university strategy.

As a associate dean for educational development and quality, you will drive bold, comprehensive and internationally recognized curricula. You will lead a specialized team of educational developers to cooperate with employees and students, ensuring that creative practice and critical thinking are at the heart of what we do.

By working in partnership with the leadership of the college, other assistant deans, and the Directorate of Education and Education, it will include best practices and ensure translation of quality parties into significant improvements to the experience and results of students. Your experience will help us achieve ambitious performance goals and maintain our reputation on the leading approach in teaching art and design.

About you
It will bring extensive experience in academic leadership and a strong understanding of teaching, learning and guaranteeing quality in higher education. You will be a older colleague at the Academy of Higher Education or you have equivalent experience and you have a busy record in leading innovation in developing curricula and education in addition to indicating the understanding of art and design.

You will be an inspiring leader who can build effective teams, influence a large level and work in partnership through various employees and student communities. Your approach will reflect the commitment to cooperation, insertion and continuous reinforcement of students learning and telling them.
