As a supervisor of places, you will direct a dynamic crew to shift in our popular ports – the Degeneityand BridgeAnd Lower deck – Ensure that the first -class service is provided in a fun environment and that each student leaves a smile. It will also be a key to help maintain operations smoothly, whether it is an ordinary day in the place, a student -led event, or one of the balls or our parties once a year (such as Freshers Party and Grad Ball).

We will support you with all the training and support you need to achieve success. No personal license? No problem! During the process, we will support you to ensure that you are at the speed level with licensing laws. In addition, it will communicate with the security and organizers of events, and even hold the keys to our wonderful places when needed. If you don’t have a 3 -level food hygiene yet, we have also covered it!

About you

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals and have a talent for customer service and experience. As a person who is not in the transformation, you will need to define the priorities of the tasks effectively and allocate them effectively, and therefore the experience in the service leader or supervision roles is plus!

You will interact with students daily, so the friendly position and worm is a must. We appreciate your notes and ideas to improve our services constantly, so focus on high standards and continuous improvement is essential. You will also cooperate with various SUSU sections, so strong communication skills are necessary.
