Job title: Coordinator, Marketing Operations

Your role:

Here you will reach:
• Work as a central official for all versions of version (sound, art, video, photos). Your primary duty is to track the assets, collect, organize them, and distribute them to the internal teams and external partners
• Facilitate clear and timely communication between the main marketing team and operating partners, including A & R Admin, Creative and Commerce/Iln

• Coordination of logistical details to produce physical product formations and help in obtaining specifications and guidance materials for promotional tools (for example, stickers, stickers) with third -party sellers.
• Attending all campaigns meetings, writing detailed notes, preparing and distributing materials to the team before and after discussions to maintain clear records.
• Dealing with the administrative and logistical preparation of artists ’events (for example, listening sessions, and the parties to release), including details of the location of the sources, organizing sellers quotes, and supporting implementation on the site.
