An exciting opportunity to lead the operating delivery of data data, NIHR (RDN) networks and the management of Nihr (RDNCC) data and delivery team. The job is very important in supporting services and other functions that support RDN’s strategic obligations, and provides innovative solutions and thinking forward to use data to support high -quality research.

You will develop a profile in a pre -emptive profile within RDNCC and work cooperatively with individuals and groups via RDN and Leeds University, and with external stakeholders in a set of settings. By working with your manager and head of your job, you will support the delivery of the organization’s scale in the work methods and culture required to ensure the work of the network as one organization with a joint purpose and vision throughout England, in addition to supporting colleagues and team management during the transformation period and beyond.

You will have experience in continuous development, maintenance and continuous improvement of reports and data graphics that support commercial decisions and achieve regulatory goals, and data management using data structure and data governance methodologies, including Data DCTIARY, Metadata Management.

You may also have knowledge of health research data, an understanding of the Ministry of Health and Social Welfare (DHSC) and NHS England (NHS E), and a passion for using digital methods and data -based data.

This role will be in the RDNCC office on Queen Street, Leeds. We are working in a hybrid manner with the expectation that all RDNCC employees will spend at least 40 % of their time in the office. We are also open to discuss other flexible work arrangements.
