As part of the MSC/Level 7 professional team team in the program of thinking and leadership practicing program, you will support students to include their learning in the workplace through work applications as part of the MSC program applied and the vocational training program managed by the program manager.
It will be demonstrated by a busy record of experience and research related to thinking about systems, in various fields such as organizational management, leadership, health care, diets, or climate change.
Role summary
- Guidance and teaching in the field of the special topic within the vocational teaching and training program in force (under the supervision of a faculty member).
- Contribute to the development of the vocational training program including: a) Contributing to promoting student experience or employment; B) Contribute to designing CPD programs for external customers at the university and similar; C) Contributing to providing CPD programs, consulting about special specialization and the like, and often under the supervision of the project leader.
- Contribute to licensing or recycling deals with apparent commercial success (such as revenues, assets or company sales, IP generation) and/or the public’s understanding of discipline or the like.
Main duties
- Guidance and teaching on a set of levels within vocational training and thinking about systems and practice and within the field of the topic and with graduate students and CPD students, mostly through individual seminars and a custom group, as well as lectures and contributing to the subjects via the Internet, so that the teaching goals are fulfilled in the department and the school.
- Contribute to the development of stereotypes and educational resources with other colleagues.
- Plans and preparation of private teaching and guidance, including guidance and bulletins notes according to the goals in force for the teaching and guidance program.
- Creating and supervising projects, student governor, theses and practical work.
- Developing an approach to planning and reviewing the guidance and teaching.
- Often update the topic experience.
- Do personal professional development in teaching and guidance, including self -thinking and special practice, using student and peer review notes, to enhance teaching, guidance and learning.
Person specifications
- A higher degree related to thinking about systems and qualifications or equivalent
- A high level of practice or experience based on work in thinking about systems or relevant field
- The ability to direct, design and provide teaching, resources, initiatives and initiatives to part -time, and learners who depend on work with limited time and resources
- The ability to evaluate and organize resources effectively
- The ability to work cooperatively, as part of a team to support the journey of learning students through the common methods of masters and vocational training
