Senior Assistant Researcher (Nature Park) at the University of Manchester Metropolitan

This is an exciting time to join our team, consulting and cooperating with the Ministry of Education and National Education, partners of the Nature Garden Project (the Royal Gardening Association and the Natural History Museum) to assess the needs of the natural garden training and enable the development of natural garden training offers and present them to a group of targeted fans.
This post is located in the Department of Natural Sciences, and it is a large, successful and vibrant department in the College of Science and Engineering. About the role
The main researcher (Nature Park) is expected to conduct research that assesses the needs of the Nature Garden training using the mixing method of methods. It will enable the development and presentation of Nature Park training offers for a group of targeted fans in order to ensure that training requirements are submitted.
They will provide support for medical and knowledge exchanging for colleagues and support staff for the Nature Park project through help, and when necessary, take the initiative, while collecting and analyzing research data, developing training and publishing results on appropriate groups related to the project.

Candidate specifications / perfect person
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual for environmental education and applied research.

You will be adept at using relevant software packages to collect, analyze and display survey and interview data, and prepare high -quality training materials and reports.
You will have knowledge of education, the environment and natural learning, including knowledge of school curricula, national sustainability and climate change within the framework of education policy, training approach, and appropriate research methods to assess training and results needs.
You will have a graduate studies certificate in related discipline, equivalent qualification or great relevant experience, and evidence of continuous professional development.
You will have experience in exchanging research and knowledge to assess training needs, develop and provide training to a wide range of fans, building relationships, networks and partnerships, collecting and analyzing data, providing and delivering complex information to a group of masses, by mouth and writing.
