Opportunity

This role provides an opportunity to form and support the highest vocational education standards. You will be responsible for ensuring that all evaluation and delivery practices constantly meet or exceed the expectations of both the Derby College (DCG). By providing expert guidance and support for residents, trainers and teachers, the role plays an important role in maintaining compliance, pushing continuous improvement, and enhancing the learner’s results. This position is perfect for a person who is enthusiastic to ensure quality and adhere to enhancing excellence in technical education.

About you

You are a confident and organized professional with strong knowledge of IQA and EQA operations, curriculum design, and rehabilitation frameworks. Through excellent planning, communication and guidance skills, you actively support others while maintaining high standards. Comfortable with the systems based on the group of cores and digital tools, you provide a proactive approach to ensuring quality and continuous improvement.
