Are you an organized professional and directed towards details looking to play a major role in supporting higher education?
We are looking for a program official to join PhD Collegeto support Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (Dclinpsy) and The theory and the basic systematic practice Drivers.
DCLINPSY is a three -year professional doctorate with a full -time professional, with the trainees divided their time between studying the university and the places under the supervision of mental health environments in NHS. You will be part of a dedicated team, working alongside other program managers and director of the program, as well as colleagues at the PhD College.
About the role
The main areas of responsibility include:
- Support the full admission cycle, from examination applications to the brief list, interviews and final offers.
- Maintaining systems to meet quality guarantee standards.
- Working as a first call for applicants and trainees, and keeping accurate records in line with the requirements of the university and NHS.
- Ensuring compliance with data protection and freedom of information.
- Help in events such as inducements, question sessions and answers.
- Committees and service program (including minute) on occasions.
About you
We are looking for a person:
- He has experience in the role of administrative support (perfectly in higher education or student management but this is not necessary).
- It attracts excellent interest in details and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
- He continues with confidence and professionalism with a variety of stakeholders (for example colleagues, non -specialists, senior managers, external stakeholders, and if you have a background, applicants, employees and students).
- It has strong information technology skills, with competence in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams, and the desire to learn university systems.
- (And if you have an experience …) perfectly, it has experience with platforms like Moodle or Samis/SISS or business creatures (desirable but not necessary).

This is an exciting opportunity to play a role in the postgraduate program that is very appreciated. You will join a friendly professional team within the PhD College, where your contributions directly support the success of our students, our employees and our partners.
This is a part -time role, runs 18.25 hours (0.5 FTE) for a specific period until July 2026.
