For Grayrobinson, a full -service government consultant company with 16 offices in Florida and Washington, DC, an immediate opening of a personal computer support specialist in our office in Miami. Initial duties include the final user support for computers and peripheral devices, in addition to supporting the company’s standard programs.

The situation requires 3+ years of practical experience in computer support role (or the like) in the office’s professional environment. A successful candidate must have extensive experience in diagnosing and solving problems with desktop devices, laptops, mobile devices, applications, network connections, printers, video conference equipment and other technical equipment. Excellent skills are required to explore and repair errors and solve problems, as well as a strong sense of initiative and initiative.

The candidate must be directed to customer service and has the ability to multiply tasks and set the priorities of requests in order to complete tasks in time. You must have knowledge of the Windows experts level and a strong process of Microsoft networks and hardware and support for the printer. Experience with law office requests including IMANAGE and Aderant’s work is plus, but it is not required.
