About the role:

Applicants are invited to apply for a SKłDOWOWOWSKA-Curie Doctoral Provession Grant from Horizon Euro Marie Currie Doctoral Network from the European Council Committee to develop a new way to control the advanced WF interface to improve the stability of synchronization in light of the network difference and status Wf. Parking includes full -time research in the network that connects modeling, controlling and analyzing the large wind energy system. In particular, the goal of this research program is to set the foundations for the new control in the Wind Farm interface (WF) to improve stability in light of the network difference and the WF condition.

What will you do:

You will implement research programs in the wind transfer system and the power transmission system, analysis, control and improvement, to name a few, not limited to monitoring that depends on data for control and operation.

What we are looking for:

You must have a good master’s degree in electrical engineering, with a specialty of energy and control engineering (or equivalent) for appointment at the level of search assistant and you have previous experience in energy engineering with a focus on the dynamics of the energy system, analysis and control that is dominated by renewable generations.

The situation requires the candidate to fulfill the academic requirements for registration to obtain a PhD at the Importer London.

The candidate needs to spend 6-8 months of acknowledgment on the consortium partner site in Sweden, Germany and the United Kingdom.

Candidates who have restrictions do not need travel to the declaration hosting countries. The situation has a flexible start date between February 1, 2026 to April 30, 2026.

Candidates will work on the group of control and energy in the Electrical and Electronic Engineering Department. The control and energy group has about twenty -time faculty members, thirty research employees after a doctorate and more than 60 doctoral students. The group is famous for its leading global research in the field of control and energy engineering. The group has ten IEEE colleagues and four royal academy for engineering colleagues.

The publication is available from February 01, 2026 for a specific period of 36 months, and the publication is located in the Impierial College London (South Kensington Campus).

The salary will be a fixed salary and the rate will be either 44,284 pounds annually if the researcher is not entitled to obtain a family allowance, or 48,797 pounds sterling if they are entitled to obtain a family allowance.
