Job responsibilities

Design LEAD design is one -part design designer, one -part project manager, one -part technical manager, and the success of a single -part customer. You can lead a diverse team of designs to provide results for our customers.

1. Make an amazing design (mostly in Figma)
2. Customer management and customer calls
3. Design project management – simultaneously – from small to very large
4. Work with a variety of visual brands and methods
5. Direct design of art and animation (including the storytelling)
6. Cooperation with marketers, developers and other team members
7. Providing projects and project components on time
8. Build WEBFlow Web pages (without a symbol, we have developers for difficult things)

requirements

1. Related B2B design experience
2. Experience in design in general from 5 to 7 years
3. At least two years of professional experience in leading projects and teams
4. Excellent communication skills – online/written and verbal
5. Project management skills that can be clarified
6. Experience of driving design projects for the entire websites from start to finish
7. Strong interaction design skills with knowledge of both the ability to use and easy access to it
8. Knowing a process of printing and presentation design
9. Efficiency with Figma and Adobe applications
10. Some experience with webflow
11. HTML/CSS (you don’t have to be a front developer-it is a design role)
12. A degree in the field of design or equivalent experience
