The London School of Hygiene and Equity Medicine (LSHTM) is one of the world’s leading public health universities. We are seeking to employ an experienced official to provide support to the department manager in daily management and infection biology.

The role holder will arrange departments meetings, provides administrative support for human resources operations, manage travel arrangements, and provide assistance in financial transactions.

The successful candidate will be taught to the level of certificate or has a bonus or related experience, and has written communication skills and excellent thunderbolt with the ability to work on tight final dates and is often conflicting. Other details are included in the job description.

The post is 35 hours full and lasting.

The salary will be on the LSHTM salary scale, grade 3 in the range of 30,231 pounds – 33,925 pounds annually (including weighting in London). The post will be subject to LSHTM terms and service provisions. The annual leave right is 30 working days per year, PRO RATA for part -time employees. In addition, there are appreciation “welfare days”. Pension scheme membership is available. The post is located in London in LSHTM (Keppl Street).
