The London School of Hygiene and Equity Medicine (LSHTM) is one of the world’s leading public health universities. We seek to set a A researcher will work on a project funded by Malaria. The project aims to assess the impact of chemical protection intervention on malaria on genetic variables of malaria. A successful first -degree candidate in the field of biomedical sciences or other discipline related to infection biology, detailed knowledge and laboratory experience in molecular biology, especially the knowledge of DNA insulation, PCR, and the NGS on the relevant computer and analytical skills. This publication is 35 hours per week, 1.0 FTE and the fixed duration until May 31, 2026. The post is funded by the Malaria Federation and is available from November 01, 2025.

The salary will be on the LSHTM scale, grade 5 in the range 39,984 pounds sterling – 45,728 pounds annually (including weighting in London). The post will be subject to LSHTM terms and service provisions. The annual leave right is 30 working days per year, PRO RATA for part -time employees. In addition, there are appreciation “welfare days”. Pension scheme membership is available. The post is located in London in Lshtm.
