Your role

As an executive assistant, you will play a major role in supporting our executive team. You will be responsible for managing a variety of administrative, scheduling, logistical and operational tasks and travel to maintain the team’s operation smoothly. Your work will directly contribute to achieving work goals and work strategy to help the executive team lead Global Relay. You first support the financial manager, with the help of the CEO as required. Your responsibilities

About you

  • 5+ years of experience that has proven its usefulness in supporting the leading leaders in an administrative role with increased responsibility, with a strong preference to support the Executive Director of the Financial Director or C-SUITE in a highly growing environment
  • Organization skills at the level of experts and time management skills and their ability to reconcile multiple tasks and meet the final dates
  • Show efficiency at the executive level in the calendar management and sorting incoming mail using Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Extraordinary and verbal communication skills with the ability to formulate professional correspondence with careful attention to details
  • A very effective collaborator, comfortable work through jobs and with all organizational levels, indicating the direction of the strong team.
  • Experience in work within the B2B or the similar company environment where the professional service and the customer’s focus is extremely important
  • Civil and desire to travel internationally (such as the United States, the United Kingdom, the European Union) to work to support meetings and executive events and are available outside working hours when needed
  • Installed by high self -government and judgment on sound actions, including the fixed practice of estimating the discretionary power, tact, and absolute confidentiality in dealing with sensitive information

compensation:

Global Relay announces the scope of wages for this role in accordance with the laws of transparency wage in British Columbia. Individual wages rates are determined by evaluating factors such as experience, skills, education and professional background.
