What will you do as a two -language consultant?

Description

As a consultant, it will help individuals and families with financial hardship. You will provide your customers with available options and help them choose a solution that suits their position. Advice on the phone will be provided in the communication center environment, and your newly acquired certificates, training and personal skills will be used to help develop customer minds and put them on the path of financial success.

What do you expect:

• Providing financial advice by supporting the criteria for the consulting form for the needy consumers. The situation contains many processes and procedures to maintain both consulting and data capture.
• The prolonged phone communication with consumers, customer referrals and industry representatives.
• It requires attention, focus and available for the calls received in a work environment that is free from background noise and deviations.
• The ability to deal with high -call size periods, telephone reactions, and meeting performance standards.
• Contact consumers by phone and capture all aspects of communications and data points using the CMS platform for the institution’s program.
• The ability to multiple task and use many software applications including CMS for agency, Outlook, Adobe, Word and Smart Amphone.

Basic qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• It should be fluent in English and Spanish
• At least two years of experience in customer service, communication or financing center environment, cases management or social services
• You should be educated for the computer, and you have the ability to write at least 25 words per minute and be able to spend your day on the phone
• Required for NFCC and HUD Housing Certificate within 6 months of start
• The ability to communicate effectively and professionally by phone in the environment of a large call center in size.
• Coach and acceptable for comments and improvement. Show the ability and personal skills to communicate with the supervisor and the management team
• The ability to pass a pre -employment examination, including a criminal background examination and a drug screen
