Summary of the job:

We are seeking a pre -emptive relationship official to manage continuous relationships with clients with active loans. The role includes monitoring loan performance, ensuring payment payable, solving customer problems, and strengthening strong relationships to support customer retaining and business growth.

Main responsibilities:

• As an essential contact point for customers with active loans, providing continuous support and communication.
• Monitor the performance of the loan regularly and follow up on the past or late payments immediately to reduce delinquency.
• Building and maintaining strong confidence -based relationships with customers to encourage timely payment and enhance repetition borrowing.
• Treating customer inquiries, concerns, and issues related to their loans, and providing clear and effective decisions.
• Cooperation with credit, groups and risk teams to manage loan accounts and reduce risk.
• Providing notes to the administration on the customer’s needs, market trends, and potential credit risks.
• Maintaining accurate records for customer interactions, payments, and follow -up procedures.

Qualifications and experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in financing, business administration, or preferred field.
• 1-2 years of expertise in credit management, customer relationship management or groups within a financial institution.
• Personal communication skills and strong communications with a approach focusing on customers.
• The ability to analyze loan accounts and determine the proactive payment problems.
• Good problem solving skills and the ability to deal with difficult situations tactfully.
• He is proficient in using CRM systems and loan management programs.
