Big Lecturer/ Education Fellow – Architectural Technology (focusing on housing) at Liverpool University John Morris

The College of Engineering and Environment built within the College of Health, Innovation, Technology and Science seeks to appoint a great lecturer or an old educational colleague in architectural technology (with a focus on housing).
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to studio -based teaching, digital and housing in architectural technology, as well as support for the development of new housing programs in Ljmu. You will join a supportive, ambitious and building environment team with an expertise that stretches on architectural technology, surveying, and real estate.
We are especially interested in experienced candidates in housing, renewal, sustainable development, digital innovation, or multidisciplinary design. The successful candidate will play a major role in the education studio education, the development of curricula, research or scholarships, while helping to form the next generation of housing graduates who know housing.
you will:
- Providing high -quality teaching at university levels and graduate studies through architectural technology and relevant programs.
- Driving and contributing to stereotypes in design studio, housing and renewal, digital communications, or building technology, depending on experience.
- Evolution in developing curricula to support the growth of new housing paths and multidisciplinary opportunities.
- Do the research or scholarship that teaches teaching and contributes to the LJMU reputation in architectural technology, housing and the built environment.
- Development of industry and professional networks, and support for students ’employment and cooperative projects.
The ideal candidate (or is about to finish) will keep a doctorate degree or have an equivalent professional experience and will be able to show a teaching record and/or high -quality scholarships. Professional body membership (such as CIAT, RICS, RIBA, CIOB) is desirable.
