A great lecturer or lecturer in nutrition and nutrition
Part -time, up to 29.6 hours per week*
salary:
Lecturer: 41,064 pounds sterling – 46,049 pounds annually;
Big Lecturer: 47,389 pounds sterling – 56,535 pounds annually
An exciting opportunity has emerged for the nutritionist registered at HCPC to join our friendly, thinking and dynamic program at the Faculty of Health and Welfare as a great lecturer/lecturer in nutrition and nutrition (N&D).
The mail holder will have the opportunity to contribute to delivery, review, development and growth of the N&D program. This program was created in cooperation with stakeholders to meet the needs of the local workforce, while developing and forming self -employed nutritionists, able to meet the contemporary requirements of the profession. The popularity of the course is increasing, and the team is ambitious in their goals to increase its impact on providing and developing the profession.
Our ideal candidate will have experience in teaching in higher education and/or in practice, as well as experience in clinical environments and the ability to contribute to teaching and evaluation through the N&D BSC program. They will be enthusiastic about the influence of nutritionists and commitment to support learners to achieve their full capabilities by providing high -quality, relevant and sound educational experiences, may also have the opportunity to contribute to teaching and learning across the broader section and faculty.
The successful candidate will be a strong team player, who is able to set priorities and meet the changing requirements for the role and communicate effectively internally and externally, including the work closely with learners and employment providers to support the development of each student in both the university and at the place. There will be opportunities to contribute to acceptance, employment and develop contemporary learning experiences.
The N&D program leads an experienced program supported by the head of an academic department for allied health professions, social work and sports, and deputy head of the allied health professions. The department offers many other programs that are well in line with N&D, including physical therapy for direct entry, occupational therapy, nursing and public health, which leads to opportunities for learning, teaching and cooperation between professionals.
