About the role

You will have the product! This role mixes the development of products, manufacturing control, and products marketing. Create a aesthetic, innovative and accurate captivating glasses.

Responsibilities

• Translate consumer visions into new designs and repetitions of products.
• Pay the life development cycle through design, initial models and launch.
• Cooperation with manufacturing teams to improve efficiency, quality maintain and reduce costs.
• Support and development of packaging design that transmits the value of the product and enhances our non -sticked experience.
• Work with marketing to align the launch of products and location with customer visions.
• Product performance analysis through sales, quality and consumer comments; Recommending improvements and road maps.
• Participate in research and development projects to explore new materials, finishes and lens options.
• Contributing to the processes of building allocated production operations.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of managing products or related experience in consumer products, devices, or fashion/accessories.
  The experience in glasses is very desirable but not a difficult condition.
• A busy record that works with industrial designers and research and development teams.
• Exposure to manufacturing and suppliers.
• Very analytical with the ability to explain the metrics of the product portfolio.
• Communication skills and exceptional project management.
• Entrepreneurial mentality with the ability to manage many fast -paced initiatives at the same time.
• The experience of three -dimensional printing – whether it is the initial models or production – is a great advantage.
