Role

Our internal training program allows early talents to have a variety of experience, a real impact, and find their place in one of the fastest growing industries. We are seeking an enthusiastic accounting trainee with AI’s focus to help research and implement artificial intelligence projects that simplify our financial operations and support the end of our month. This is an excellent opportunity to work with advanced financial tools, gain practical experience with Netsuite, and contribute to the future of financial reports through artificial intelligence.

Main responsibilities

• Artificial Intelligence Application:
• Help in implementing and forming the Floqast Close management program.
• Support the deportation of the current nearby operations to Floqast with the definition of areas to revolutionize the new tool.
• Cooperation with the accounting team to improve the workflow within the new system.
• Determine the tool of artificial intelligence and automation:
• Research and identifying the tools of artificial intelligence and possible automation that can enhance accounting processes with innovative technologies.
• Help in assessing the feasibility and the potential impact of new technologies.
• Contributing to the design and experimenting of powered solutions from artificial intelligence to simplify tasks
• Close the end of the month:
• Help with various decisive tasks for time and accurate completion for the end of the month.
• Prepare magazine, reconciliation and supportive tables.
• Determine the areas where artificial intelligence can be implemented to support the team in fulfilling the narrow final deadlines for financial reports.
• Data analysis and reports preparation:
• Extracting and analyzing financial statements using artificial intelligence to convert primary numbers into significant visions stating that strategic decisions are made.
• Prepare reports and presentations that summarize the results and proposed solutions, and share them through jobs to facilitate strategic business decisions
• Cooperation and support:
• Work closely with multi -functional teams, including financing, information technology and operations, to understand the system requirements and implement solutions.
