We are looking for an active and enthusiastic business development director looking forward to a great impact on how to identify our practices in architecture, follow -up and acquire them. Our practice works on a wide range of projects – from museums to well -to -housing to the infrastructure of urban design – at the national and international levels. We are keen to find a business development manager enthusiastic about the expansion and ambition of our work on the formation of how to grow our practice over the coming years. We are working from a cooperative studio in Silverlake, surrounded by models and graphics that tell the story of our projects and the design process.

We are open to candidates who have a wide range of previous backgrounds and expertise, including experience outside architecture and traditional business development. We are keen to understand how to prepare every past candidate to be a member of our team.

There are three main elements for this role. Business Development Director:

Implementing the leadership of the business development strategy in the office. Through close consultation with the high leadership of the office, the Business Development Director will set goals for business development and set a plan to achieve these goals.
– The office represents externally. Often, we attend events, lectures, paintings and other meetings that allow us to communicate with customers and collaborators. We expect that the business manager will represent the office in many of these places and will also search for new customers and forums where we can share our work.
Development leadership for business development. Our business development guarantees vary widely, from public RFPS to short letters proposals to engaging graphics shows. We expect the Business Development Director to lead the development of these presentations, and the coordination of employees and consultants to collect convincing proposals that reflect the practice and their aspirations.
