Far content head, SEO and AI search at Animalz

As the head of the content, SEO & Ai Search, will act as an expert in senior economic and senior officials in SEO, helping customers to adapt their content strategies for organic vision in both traditional and emerging research environments.

The SEO strategy will lead to 4-5 accounts directly while providing strategic support and escalation of additional accounts managed by the team. This means that you will develop the search strategies for SEO and AI, and direct customers by developing best practices, and make sure that our team delivers content that helps our customers grow and stay before search trends.

This role is ideal for a person who has a strong basis in driving search engines software (SOO) and is applying to the curve in adapting to AEO and Ai Innovation. More than anything else, Animalz needs a strategic expert for senior economic officials to work as our available authority and direct our customer base and the public through these seismic transformations in the research.

You will be responsible for keeping the monthly revenue with your main accounts. You will manage a direct report 1+ and cooperate with a team extended from content and independent marketers, as the CEO/AEO knowledge center for the institution.

The role provides great growth opportunities to develop deep experience and expand your strategic influence within the search space SEO and AI.

What will you do?

Strategy and implementation

  • Develop and develop search engines (SEO) strategies specifically designed for both traditional search tools and detection tools operating in Amnesty International (such as confusion, ChatGPT, Gemini)

  • Dealing with SEO technical problems and customer interests in the subsidized accounts with the emergence of escalation
  • Directing the difference through monthly reports and tracking continuous performance using tools such as GA4, GSC, AHREFS, Semrush, Scrunch and Screaming Frog
  • Ensure the compatibility of the delivery of the strategy with the customer’s expectations, work objectives and quality standards for Animalz

Leading the team and transferring knowledge

  • Direct Report Management 1+ with 1: 1S regular for team members, sharing comments, supporting their professional growth and professional development
  • Cooperation with and directing marketers to content and independents through the initiatives of senior economic officials
  • Work as an expert in senior economic officials/AEO, providing guidance and transferring knowledge through the team
  • It enhances a cooperative environment that encourages innovation, building skills and experimenting with SEO and AI’s workflow

Operating improvement

  • Contributing to the improvements of the internal process of how we have presented SEO and AI’s work that focuses on artificial intelligence
  • Developing work frameworks and reusable molds that improve the consistency and efficiency of the development of the strategy and the preparation of reports
  • Provide inputs on team energy planning, setting the project priorities, and delivery speed
  • Contributing to the development of the workflow of Amnesty International to produce the content of senior economic officials

Basic competencies

SEO and AI search experience

Your first 90 days

Days 1-30: Learn and Monitoring

  • Complete the plane to understand Animalz operations, tools, tools and culture

Days 61-90: Leading the strategic influence
