• It represents the administration and the city in external matters when dealing with agencies and public and private organizations, the media, the public and federal agencies. It represents the administration on internal issues to the city director, the city council, other councils and the ruling bodies.

• It provides coordination of the city’s jobs within the framework of one and effective government unit and recommends reorganization, developing new jobs, or abandoning old jobs to the city council to improve the coordination of the city’s operations; He responds to cases or complaints that indicate lack of coordination.
• It exercises vision and creativity in planning, coordination and problem solving approaches.
• The treatment of some administrative work with federal, state and local officials is coordinated.
• He works as a former member of his position in the permanent committees of the city council and attends meetings when necessary, necessary or required.
• Coordations, preparation and research of reports on the city council according to the necessity or the request of the Board of Directors.
