About the role:

We are looking for a large architect with experience to lead the structure of our ecological system CRM, where it leads the design and development of a developmental system, unity, and API that supports the progress of customer customers, integration and analyzes. It will play a strategic role in converting our current staller into a high -performance platform that depends on modern architectural principles such as hexagonal architecture, events -based design, and the design moved by the field.

It will work closely with CO, engineering teams, product leaders, and external partners to create a ready -made CRM ecosystem, cloud, deeply customized.

Main responsibilities:

• Designing and supervising the implementation of the CRM structure, ensuring compatibility with work objectives and technology strategy.
• Defining architectural standards and leading the transition to microscopic services or a standardized structure, as necessary.
• Permanent models and cooperation with product and engineering teams to apply the DDD design practices (DDD).
• Implementation of an architect and guidance for integration strategies including APIS REST/GRATEQL, Kafka/RabbitmQ, and third -party services.
• Special decisions related to data structure, including postgresql modeling, symmetrical copies and performance improvement.
• Determining and maintaining architecture documents, including charts, contracts and interface specifications.
• Non -functional requirements such as performance, expansion, safety, and tolerance of errors.
• Cooperation with Devops to ensure that architecture is the gas cloud, the container, and the ci/cd friendly.
• Review and direct technical design decisions through multiple teams and impose best architectural practices.
• Developers of the mentors, technology threads, and other architects in the clean code, architectural thinking, and artistic decision -making.

requirements:

It must be

• More than 8 years of experience in background or complete architecture, with at least 3 years in the role of the main or pioneering architect.
• An experiment installed in the design and development of large -scale CRM platforms or complex institutions systems.

• Previous work experience with special CRM features such as workflow, customized fields, automation, or user fragmentation.
• Deep Knowledge Golag and Postgresql.
• Practical experience in the application of six -anchor architecture, CQRS, or architectural engineering that depends on the event, or similar models.
• A strong understanding of normative architecture, API version, and service coordination.
• Experience work in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP), with infrastructure as symbol principles.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate work needs into technical architecture.

• Experience in Flute/Dart Fronting and merge the front end with background programming facades.
• Knowing Php (Symfony), Graphql, Redis, Kubernetes, and Elasticsearch.
