Kurghan is employing a dynamic internal designer to join the company as part of our internal team at the workplace at our office in New York. Responsibilities

– Helping at all stages of the design process in a variety of projects in size and range
Create creative design solutions within the project’s job parameters
– Enhancing a fruitful partnership with the customer and the project delivery team through regular communication and cooperation
– Benefit from the appropriate programs at a skilled level to create drawings and submission materials
– Supporting the integration of the design process with other workflow tasks and project tasks
– Cooperation with the project teams that operate as concept heroes throughout the project
Implementing coordination and integration of architectural documents and the advisor
– Apply to know the construction methods and time tables
– Maintaining awareness and application appropriately, new methodologies, practices and symbols and applying them appropriately
Contribute to choosing materials, furnishings, installations and equipment
It actively contributes to the production of the main components of a comprehensive group of construction documents
Helping the responsibilities of the contract management
– Carry out the field and site visits as needed

Qualifications

– This role is a position in the office
– A degree of CIDA, or equivalent interior design program
2+ years of experience in commercial design; Experience the workplace, prefer strongly
– Search actively for registration
Display a strong design portfolio showing the strengths of conceptual design, space planning skills and details
Revit efficiency and artistic excellence
Attention to sustainable design
Vocational registration or anticipation of registration
Strong organizational skills and contacts
Attention to details
Flexible position
– The ability to cooperate in the environment of a various project team
– A confident display capacity

Basic salary range: $ 70,000.00 – 95,000.00 dollars annually – New York City sites only
