Responsibilities

• Work with the director of the product and other designers to determine the design and its leadership opportunities by connecting the points between the needs of the user and the commercial men of the Binance Fiat and P2P product.
• Developing, implementing and refining design processes to support rapid repetition and improvement.
• Apply the design methodology to create attractive designs at the global and easy -to -use.
• Participate in design reviews, and to provide expert visions and suggestions.
• Work from comprehensive to end by identifying opportunities, creating vision, and working with engineering to provide high -quality and powerful solutions.
• Cooperation with the broader design team to ensure a smooth product experience.
• Do the user’s research, partner with product managers to push solutions by taking advantage of qualitative and quantitative customers visions.
• Delivery of a detailed and strong user interface design solutions, and work directly with engineering to ensure a high -quality product.
• Developing the strong logical basis for design decisions, and clarifying your point of view.

requirements

• 3+ years of the user interface design experience with efficiency in printing and desktop/user interface, color, planning, icons, aesthetic meaning and how these elements affect the product function.
• More than 3 years of UX design experience with knowledge to determine how the experiment is behaved based on understanding the needs of people, as well as looking at how to measure this product.
• Experience with user research.
• Efficiency in Figma.
• Experience in fast -pace environments with rapid delivery and repetition cycles.
• Experience in Blockchain, cryptocurrency and FIAT / P2P products.

Nice to be

• Educational background: obtaining a graphic design certificate, HCI ， optical arts or relevant field.
• Communication skills: have strong oral and written communication skills.
• A powerful wallet displays user interface skills/UX.
• The ability to work in the team’s environment is open to learning and constructive comments.
• The English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with partners abroad and stakeholders.
