The penal team grows, and we are looking for an experienced penal investigator who can obtain investigation ownership using the latest TM and KYT tools available.

Responsibilities

• Investigations and cases of investigative governance: It is coordinated with stakeholders through compliance operations, products and technology teams to determine the radical cause of accidents and issues. Facilitate the discussion and make job owners responsible for work plans. Make sure to follow the action plans until the closure.
• Improving and transforming the processBe problem solving, cooperate with stakeholders to determine the areas of improvement in a proactive manner and reach creative solutions. Giving priority to time and resources on important issues.
• Supervision and control management process: The operational process that affects compliance with penalties. Manage and change control management framework to ensure that changes in the operational process are part of guidelines and policy to comply with the sanctions. The required updates and change in compliance with the sanctions suggested the global operational procedure to align the change of the process.
• UAT system compliance Ensure that the rule of compliance is compatible with global policy. Test and control when needed to change and take a UAT test before improving the system.

requirements

• More than 6 years of experience in investigations/penalties/monitoring of encryption.
• Experience with encryption tools such as ChaINALYSIS, Elliptic, TRM, etc.
• Solve analytical problems with extensive experience in compliance functions.
• The ability to work in an unorganized environment, mobility in mystery, managing multiple tasks simultaneously, providing clarity and structure.
• The beginning of the self: take the initiative, be dedicated, and be creative to achieve your goals. The laser focuses on tools to develop to increase efficiency and value.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, fully intended to provide a value -added service to your business customers.
