As an integral part of the legal operations team, the legal operations analyst will be the main contact between the Ministry of Law and the stakeholders in the field of business in supporting the provision of legal technology solutions in line with work requirements and within the project’s time frameworks.

This role is the key to ensuring success in handing over legal technology projects by performing all necessary jobs, such as collecting requirements, design solutions, system testing, final user training, stakeholders ’participation and project management.

Main responsibilities
• Work as an expert in the subject to implement the CLM life cycle management tool for legal management at the global level
• Owning the user’s access, including adding new users, and canceling the activation of new users of current legal technology and new technology
• Leading the quarterly access review process for internal review and reporting
• Create and serve as an escalation point for the maintenance of the template and contract problems
• Providing training for the legal team on legal technology solutions
• Responsible for CLM’s CDI updates
• Implementing periodic updates on the CLM platform
• Wide contact with both internal and external clients
• Determining and implementing improvements on electronic management technology and managing the current article
• Outside the current tools and CLM, work closely with the legal department for developing a technology road map

• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT management or related discipline
• 4 years of experience in industry in legal or relevant experience
• Work experience at Global Corporation.
• At least two years of direct experience in business analyst or the role of legal operations
• Experience in the use or implementation of legal technology such as the preferred contract life cycle (CLM)
• Knowing all stages of the life implementation cycle, including analysis of requirements, design, development, testing (integration, user, performance), implementation and support
• Experience in working to implement global legal technology either to solve CLM or solve electronic management and material management.

Additional skills
• You must have a comprehensive understanding of how to explain customer work needs and translate them into functional and operational requirements (visual and written)
• The ability to lead and implement business solutions that balance the technical ability, cost and time, against the need for work
• The ability to successfully engage in multiple initiatives required
• You must have strong leadership skills and enthusiasm among team members
• The ability to work independently with users to identify concepts, under the supervision of project managers
• You must be able to work as a business analyst and project manager for small projects

• The ability to interact with a variety, including executives, managers, managers, and subject experts are required
• The ability to push creative thinking beyond the limits of existing industry practices and the mentality of the required business customers
