What do we do?

Chainflip builds the next generation of financial infrastructure across the original chain, starting with the replacement of non -welded assets and now expands to lending the chain.

We enable users to switch the main encryption assets such as BTC, ETH and Sol across the chains – without wrapped symbols – and we have already tackled approximately $ 4 billion in trading since its launch. Chainflip achieves this by running its Blockchain and a network of auditors who control a cellar through multiple environmental systems, making the user experience smooth, safe and fast.

Now, we build a generalized cross -lending product, allowing users to borrow and lend original assets such as BTC, ETH or USDC directly, without any friction and there is no need to wrap, bridge or manage multiple portfolios. This is a great leap for Defi UX, and one of the most ambitious design of the product design.

We are a 30 -year -old team, with deep and emotional experience in solving difficult UX problems in encryption, such as hiding the complexity of multi -breed work, making interactions work smoothly, and converting strong infrastructure into intuitive and elegant facades. Its headquarters is located in Berlin, we create flexible patterns of work, and we encourage both cooperation within the office and freedom of remote tasks. What is the job?

We are looking for a major product designer with experience in designing encryption products or Defi, a person who understands unique UX challenges for decentralized products and wants to push them forward.

The design owner will be through our product portfolio, from the cross -chain switching platform to our next product, which enables users to borrow and lend original assets such as BTC, ETH and USDC across chains. These are some of the most complex UX problems in space, and we solve it in ways that no one else.

Your mission is to deeply understand our users by identifying these problems, experimenting and repetition to solve these problems. It will help us get rid of friction, abstract complexity, and design experiences that feel smoothly, even when they are supported by several groups.

The product team is a multi -functional team consisting of six engineers, the leader of the product, and soon to join the leading product designer. The nature of this team means communication and cooperation seriously.

For this role, we are also open to flexible work arrangements to support any current independent work that you may have.

What will you do:

• The leading projects from Discovery to launch, balancing interest in detail with drawings with a low case as needed
• Comply inputs from work objectives, technical requirements and data to design concepts that can be tested with users and partners
• Create user flows, user trips, interactive models, and MVPS for testing that help check potential concepts with users, using Figma
• Web and mobile design while reviewing and testing the resulting experience meets expectations
• Cooperation with their multi -functional peers to advance the product strategy and design a comprehensive experience for our users and partners

Process

• Application: Start by sending your CV for the initial review. We will evaluate your experience and fit the role.
• Examination calls: If determined, you will have a short check call with COO and the head of the product, to discuss your background, motives and compatibility with the chainflip vision.
• Wallet review and the board session: After that, you will present a design project for your choice in a wallet review. This is an opportunity to display your design process, problem solving skills, and influence. After the review, we will participate in a cooperative session for the white board where it will work by challenging the design in actual time.
• Team Meet & Greet: Finally, you will meet other members of the product team as well as our CEO. This is your opportunity to learn about our culture and ask any questions you may have about working in Chainflip.
