Role
We are looking for a designer trainee To work directly with our sales chief, Erika Root, to be at the forefront of leading our growth.
Your mission: Spot Ponclucts, Bold Bold strategies, and convert the possibilities into permanent partnerships. In our fast -paced environment, you will learn directly from experienced sales leaders, acquire practical exposure to startup, and building the foundation for a prosperous profession in sales.
Main responsibilities
- You are planning to plan, implement and implement communication campaigns to push the growth of customers who are qualified to expand our customer base in a sustainable manner + you will measure the success of the campaigns to determine those that perform the best
- You can enhance our team’s success rate by organizing and formulating the high -influence custom email messages and calls.
- You will be responsible for creating potential customer lists and targeted customers who are identical to the perfect customer profile (ICP) and have strong conversion capabilities.
- Along with our sales head, you can track your main performance indicators, share learning, and constantly reduce your performance.

Experience and background
- Bachelor’s degree and currently registered in the Master’s program (for example, commercial informatics, economics, entrepreneurship, and law) has been completed
- The first internal training or roles of students working in consulting or investor or in the high -growth B2B Saas company, is the experience of previous business development and strong sales equipment
- Tech Savvy: You know how to use the latest tools and yearn for artificial intelligence
- You are fluent in German and English (C1 level or higher).
- Experience with legal technology or professional services is a strong addition.

- You are very enthusiastic and flourish in a fast -paced environment that depends on goals as you take ownership and work independently.
- You are an open figure and a course with strong communication skills and the mentality of a real team player.
- You have excellent and pronounced communication skills.
- Exceptional implementation capabilities and survival are flexible even in dynamic times
