We are looking for a supervisor who will be responsible for managing one of the working attacks. Duties revolve in the first place around the General Administration of your direct reports, which include, but not limited to, providing and showing task instructions, preserving attendance, and measuring the main performance indicators. It is expected that you will keep records and produce reports that will be used to review the team’s performance.

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication skills and a passion for excellence. The previous driving experience is plus.

Supervisors’ responsibilities:
Ensure that the employees who make reports to you are making performance expectations.
Give instructions or orders to the dependent employees.
Ensure that the work environment is safe, safe and healthy.
Meeting the deadlines.
Approval of working hours.
Wonderful customer service guarantee at all levels.
