Overview of the situation
And Stv Technology progress It will be a major partner for STV organizers and supervision of the development, maintenance and growth of our technology infrastructure. The progress of STV will provide direct reports to the Director of Technology Solutions. The STV technology is expected to operate somewhat independently and takes an initiative to implement technical solutions with regular inputs from STV staff.

Lead Technology Stv will be a creator and organizer that can coordinate colleagues to determine the priorities of technology solutions – comfortable design systems design, code books, and closely coordinate with employee organization in line with our mission and values. This role is a pioneer in vision to develop strong and sustainable systems, and because of the periodic nature of electoral axis, the ability to support the needs of immediate technology during the elections.

Technical development and implementation

  • Maintenance, reinforcement and expansion of the interior data pipelines in STV and CRM.
  • Developing a light weight user interface and applications to support operational needs.
  • Administration and advice on the use of STV for managed programs.

  • Set and maintain best practices for documents and engineering quality.

Technical leadership and vision

  • Determine the needs of technology and data via STV and translate them into intuitive solutions.
  • STV technology and project management.
  • Record, manage and supervise the STV team of volunteers and technology trainees.

Employees cooperation and support

  • Training employees and volunteers on systems, workflow and best practices.
  • Cooperation with the organization and operations teams to ensure technical solutions meet the current needs and expect future technical needs.

Required qualifications

  • Strong skills to solve problems, with the ability to quickly explore and fix errors and solve technical problems.
  • A strong experience with Bethon and the rules of relationships.
  • Strong experience in translating the user’s needs into technical requirements.
  • Verbal and written communication skills are excellent.

Conditions for employment
This position is located in Auckland, California with a two -day hybrid schedule / 3 days from a distance; We are open to the distant position of people who can travel to the San Francisco Bay area regularly (4 times a year).

This is a qualified qualified position, full -time, benefiting from 40 hours a week with the salary range estimated at $ 75,000 – 90,000 dollars annually, depending on experience. We offer a competitive health benefits package that includes: medical, teeth, vision, and a generous time.
