Overview of the roleWe employ a participant in revenue operations to ensure that potential customers have a smooth experience with the rain from the first meeting until their contract is signed. This role focuses on maintaining our sales process, ensuring follow -up on time, and ensuring that the right people in the rain are surrounded in the right stage.
What do you do
Ensure that we have reached all the main touch points with customers – from the first invitation through the signed contract – so nothing falls into the cracks.
Keep up up updot update with all customer activities, meetings and the following steps.
Continue move by updating BD, partnerships, legal teams, simultaneous compliance, and operating weekly needs to agree on the following steps.
Track the progress of the pipeline and prepare simple reports on the situation and transfers
Create and improve operations to make the sales cycle smoother and faster.
Help prepare suggestions, contracts and coordination through teams.
What will you bring to the rain?
2-4 years of experience in sales support, revenue operations, or client operations when highly growing starting (perfectly phase A/B).
A busy record runs the sales pipeline and the customer’s life cycle in Hubspot (similar CRM), including building reports, workflow and information panels.
The ability to maintain complex multiple teams showed organized and the right track, with strong attention to detail.
Clear and professional communication that can communicate with confidence with both customers and internal stakeholders.
A prosperous experience in a fast -moving environment, where the priorities are still built and the operations are still under the building.
