Sanctuary Ai, a global leading company in building an ingenuity -based Amnesty International for the general robots of public purposes, is looking forward to employing a skilled and enthusiastic producer manager, and the material AI and programs to join our product management team. The product manager is an important part of our team, as it supports the development of software tools and products for internal and external customers. Reports to the chief product, will contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of our growing organization in general.

As the manager of Sanctuary AI products, you will be evolving to discover our products, focusing on building touching software solutions that simplify and accelerate our technical teams.

Success criteria

• Develop and seize the software product strategy outside the ROBOT and a road map for compatibility with work objectives and internal customer needs (ML researchers, robotics pilots, laboratories, and hardware engineers).
• Build a deep understanding of the internal workflow and user’s pain points, select the product requirements, and provide an initial road map to direct the development of our software products.
• Work closely with the stakeholders through software engineering, machine learning, robotics operations, devices engineering, and executive leadership to determine the priorities of product development and presentation initiatives.
• Previous experience building software products for technical clients, especially in robots, machine learning, simulation platforms, system monitoring or observation tools.
• Refine your experience in seeing strategic products, developing a road map, user’s research methodologies, and managing those with technical interest.
• Effectively connecting the product and updates strategies to the executive leadership and the broader difference, which affects the definition of priorities and alignment via technical and commercial units.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of the experience of managing constructive products for technical users.
• 2+ years of experience as a collective product manager or in a rewarding leadership capacity.
• The ability to determine market opportunities and create a convincing product vision is proven in line with the company’s strategy.
• Experience user research, customer behavior analysis, and determine pain points.
• A busy record for successful strategic planning and implementation with multi -functional technical teams.

• Verbal and written communication skills are excellent.
• The strong ability to develop and maintain a deep understanding of the progress of artwork and customer needs.
• Experience in collecting and analyzing user notes and behavioral data to inform the product development.
• A strong understanding of technical concepts such as robots, machine learning, simulation platforms or gaming engines, system monitoring, and observation capacity, and can cooperate effectively with engineers and technical interest.
• Strong project management skills through multi -functional teams.
• Bias in work and proactive mentality that focuses on implementation, with a strong ownership feeling of concept through delivery.

About the sanctuary of artificial intelligence
