We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive and enthusiastic personal assistant, we look forward to using their skills to provide high -quality administrative and speech support for Professor Janet Brown in her academic role as an oncology specialist in the clinical medicine department. The Clinical Medicine Department provides leading research in the world in a dynamic and exciting research environment. Our vision is to achieve research excellence and influence by translating scientific discoveries to a meaningful progress that can benefit our patients and the general population.

You will use excellent personal communication and skills to provide the basic administrative support for Professor Brown. Distinguished customer service and IT skills will be an advantage in this role. You will be an enthusiastic individual and work hard and commit to support the work of the administrative team of the department.

The nature of the work means that the attendance of the office will be necessary for most of the hours it worked.
