Hours and travel: ONA works with health care workers who work all over the state in 24/7 facilities. Through the nature of this work, there are times when traveling and nights and residencies are required overnight.

Summary of the job
This position requires the employee to facilitate and maintain the development of strong bargaining and participation units. The employee is part of the Labor Department of the Nurses Association in Oregon (ONA), which enables health care workers to call for themselves, their patients, their families and their societies.

Compensation and benefits:
This is the full -time position, exempt. The salary depends on applicable years from the expertise applied on the wage scale shown in the collective negotiation agreement for the Federation employees.

ONA offers an annual salary range for this position of $ 77,998.71 to $ 112,495.81 depending on experience. The total salary range for this position is currently 77,998.71 dollars to 140,620.40 dollars annually.

ONA also offers an exceptional benefits package, including the business owner (90 %) contributions to medical, teeth and vision, as well as the employer who has pushed a long -term deficit and secured life in the short term. An opportunity to register in the 401K plan after 6 months of work, which includes the employer’s contribution by 3 %, with additional contributions longer after 5 years. The members of the Federation were also registered in the trade union pension plan. The annual PTO is 25 days holiday, 8 personal days and 12 days of satisfactory leave.
