The Department of Biochemistry and Biochemistry at Old Dominion University employed full -time lecturers to start July 25, 2026. Multiple sclerosis in chemistry, biochemistry, forensic chemistry, or closely related field from an accredited institution.

The minimum level required, the type of experience, knowledge, skills and capabilities

1. The ability to teach a chemistry lecture and/or laboratory courses at the university level level showed.
2. It is expected that the chosen candidates will teach the general chemistry lecture courses, as well as courses in their discipline.
3. Candidates must also be able to maintain, develop and coordinate public chemistry laboratories, in addition to laboratory courses within their discipline, and participate in the development of service and develop curricula.
4. It is also expected that one candidate will teach and develop lecture and champions courses, and participate in developing curricula to obtain a forensic chemistry degree.

Favorite qualifications

• Doctorate in chemistry, biochemistry, forensic chemistry, or the closely related field from an accredited institution
• Experience of managing large courses
• Experience of teaching and managing courses with official laboratory components
• The ability to contribute to teaching to support the new forensic chemistry certificate plan
