We are currently looking for a great lecturer/lecturer in psychology to join our dedicated and committed team at the Faculty of Science at Bath Spa University.

About the role

Bath Spa University, based on its recent successes, is expanding to widespread areas of health. We are especially keen to recruit a person who can contribute to these new multidisciplinary endeavors. The field of psychology is known within the College of Science, with a hub to apply psychology to improve people’s lives in the local community; We are looking for a new lecturer/great lecturer to join us in supporting this task.

The person we recruit will be able to work well with the partners in industry and educational partners, as well as able to enter their experiences to the semester successfully.

We specifically recruit a person who can contribute Consultation, consulting psychology, wow The practice of well -being Wide and will have some practice -based experience. They will be able to teach professional and therapeutic skills.

The successful candidate will help designing and connecting the teaching content through a group of stereotypes at 4 to 6 levels in psychology programs, as well as contributing to planning curricula and development, and participating in research or scientific activity in psychology. You will have the opportunity to develop new courses and help direct the teaching focus and research in psychology at Bath Spa University.

They will also participate in related research and scientific activity to support the university’s research strategy, to inform and enhance the design of the curriculum and improve the student experience. In addition, colleagues will supervise or direct them with less experience and advise them on personal development.

About you

We are looking for an enthusiastic person who will be able to teach psychology, with a special focus on applied psychology at all bachelor’s levels, which have obtained a degree accredited by BPS in psychology and a teaching experience or research in applied psychology, although we will look at the applicants with other backgrounds.

The successful candidate will be keen to contribute to activities such as participating with open days and public events and building appropriate links with business and society, as well as participating in moderation and other quality guarantee operations.

They will have efficiency to develop educational partnerships. They will have excellent communication and communication skills, flexible and adaptable to change and be a committed team player.
