Who we need

We are looking for an educational resident and skills to join our EMTEC team. Successful applicants will visits in the workplace personally and use online platforms, on a regional and national basis, and to support our car trainees throughout their learning trip. As a learning and skills resident, you will be responsible for:

• Registration of new trainees on the trainee program
• Conducting progress reviews with trainees and employers
• Communicate with the technical training team for the college
• Helping the trainees guides to understand their role in the learning journey
• Maintaining the main performance indicators is compatible with vocational training financing rules and accountability framework
• Developing the employer’s relationships and some business development activity
• Support with assessments in the workplace

What you will bring

You will be a person who is backward from thinking about providing high -quality support to both trainees and employers. As a learning and skills resident:

• Be an exceptional parallel, able to engage with individuals at all levels, including trainees, mentors, employers and colleagues
• Be a good organizer as you will need to manage your notes and our trained cases
• Be able to work cooperatively with colleagues and clients to present a great educational experience
• You have a good level of information and communications technology with knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Onefile a distinctive feature
• Enjoy good care to get details as you will need to ensure follow -up on industrial disciplinary financing rules
• Complete a 3 -level cars qualification or have a related industry experience
• Hold Cava/A1/D32 D33, V1/D34, AET/PTLS or be ready to work for
• Hold a full driver’s license in the United Kingdom and its own car
