Financial Department, Revenue Services Department, He is looking for a coordinator of land records directed towards details and skill technically to join our team. We are looking for a person who can ensure the accuracy and integrity of our property database, provide expert support to internal employees, and help in private projects. This position provides the opportunity to work with both the public and internal stakeholders to support the provision of effective services.


as Land record coordinatorIt will retain and update property information within the Tempest Land Management System, the BC evaluation process, land office changes, and search amendments due to sub -divisions and monotheism. You will respond to inquiries related to property taxes, evaluation and land information, help in monetary receipts and reconciliation, prepare reports, and provide errors and technical repair to system users. It will also be the section in the Tempest special interest groups and contribute to processing improvements.



Includes requirements Grade 12 or equivalent, and is completed by one year of secondary education in business, accounting or office management, along with three years of relevant stormy experience (including two years in the municipal property tax office). You will have strong public service skills, money balance experience, and 55 WPM keyboard speed. An equivalent mix of education and experience can be considered.
