About the role:

We have part -time vacancies available for the role of food and drink assistant, work during the period of time. As a food and beverage assistant, you will be asked to make sure that the daily operation of the food processing process is smooth and that customers be provided with a high -service level at all times. Your responsibilities will include taking customer requests, serving food and drink, working on Times, storing food stations and helping to clean tables and foodstuff areas. The role will mostly work from Monday to Friday, either from 9:30 am to 2.30 pm or 3.30 pm to 8.30 pm, but it can include early morning and evening attacks and weekend (5 hours per day, 25 hours a week).

This is a part -time contract, which works 40 weeks of the year, with a specific leave (includes personal holidays allowance) according to university years The academic general graph:

A vacation from the scheduled time:

• 7 full weeks during Christmas and New Year, to include holidays, public holidays, university holidays, review days, evaluation days, and the difference between the mouth, according to the painting of the published academic sale.
• Two weeks two weeks after Easter, to include leave time, public holidays and university holidays, according to what has been published The academic general graph
• The first full week for a full week in June
• 2 full weeks between mid -August and mid -September, to be agreed with your line manager

Training and uniforms are provided. There are opportunities for development and the request for promotion in this role.

About you:

A successful candidate will have an experience in providing an excellent level of customer service in an environment on which the customer focuses. The previous experience in work in the hospitality industry will be an advantage. You should be a good factor for the team and be able to calm down and professional in high pressure situations, as it can be very busy during peak times.
