About the role

Join the vibrant Western hospitality team at Bath University as a hospitality supervisor. We provide a dynamic vital service that provides food providing meetings, events and conferences on campus.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, ensuring that all delivery processes are prepared and sent on time to multiple campus sites throughout the day. It will be honored and works as part of a team to provide a distinguished service and maintain high standards. Group work in the heart of everything we do, and the supervisor plays a major role in leading the success of the service.

Main responsibilities

• Training team members
• Rota administration
• Commitment to financial regulations and health standards/safety/food
• Opening and closing openings
• Preparing and providing a first -class service to provide restaurants and jobs

This role will be supported by the novice employees who will be honored and guided by it, as well as by the managers of the site who will play your personal development and development. Details of the full role in the job description are included.

This period of time is 30 hours a week, and it works 42 weeks of the year. The typical weeks that do not work around Christmas, Easter and August-which gives you a wonderful balance between work and life.

About you

We are looking for a person:

• It has experience in supervision and excellent customer service standards in an environment that focuses on customer
• You can provide team members with operational training
• She has knowledge of relevant health and safety laws and licensing laws
• It works well as part of a team and can remain calm under pressure during peak periods
