Head of partnership and change

Opportunity

Dandi University seeks a leader to take over Head of partnership and change. You will lead people who participate in partnership and change job, act as a reliable consultant to senior leaders and provide major organizational change programs that make up leadership, culture and performance throughout the university.

Main duties

you will:

  • Provide strategic advice to senior leaders on organizational design, workforce strategy, and change.
  • The leadership of senior people changing programs, ensuring compatibility with university goals and values.
  • Directing and supporting strategic partners and the broader partnership team.
  • Contributing to the leadership of the People’s Directorate, and the alignment of priorities and resources.
  • Develop a comprehensive road map and support leaders through adoption and inclusion.
  • Partner with trade unions and stakeholders to ensure consultation and cooperation driven by values.

We are looking for installed human resources and changing the leader with credibility at the highest levels. It will combine a strategic vision with the ability to provide a sustainable change, trainer leaders, and include alignment methods.

Skills, knowledge and qualifications

You must have extensive experience in advice to senior leaders in large and complex organizations, with a busy record of driving people who change programs that provide a measurable effect. It will bring experience in human resource strategy, workforce planning, organizational design, and change management, as well as excellent driving skills, training and management of stakeholders. Experience in higher education or other trade union sectors will be useful, as well as professional qualifications in human resources or change (CIPD, PRINCE2, Prosci). Knowledge of human resource analyzes and data -based workforce will also be an advantage.

As head of partnership and change, it will provide clear leadership through the partnership function, ensuring that people’s strategies are included and organized change effectively. By working closely with the Director of Persons, it will help forming the future of the university by enhancing leadership, enabling change, and ensuring that people remain in the decision -making center.
