Head of Operations Nottingham Women Center
This is a completely new influential role designed to support our CEO in building our organizational fitness through its infrastructure, including health and safety, individuals management, data and technology, and management of our building on Chaucer Street.
It is a great opportunity to lead sustainable mechanisms to improve work methods in the difficult and advanced charitable services sector. It will enable our front teams directly to spend more time and create improved results with the women we are here to support.
The Nottingham Women’s Center is a space for women and services designated to help women overcome barriers, listen to their voices and search for solutions that create a better future for themselves. We do this by providing a network of services that include consulting, advice, guidance, courses, health activities, luxury, volunteering, concentrated campaign and activity.
General description
We are looking for experienced operational progress to join our high -command team at an exciting point of change and development for the organization. This is a completely new influential role designed to support our CEO in building our organizational fitness for the future through infrastructure, including health, safety, individuals, data, technology, and management of our building on Choser Street. It is a great opportunity to create sustainable mechanisms to improve work methods in the difficult and advanced charitable services sector. It will directly enable the confrontation line teams more time and create improved results with the women we are here to support.
Main responsibilities
INC operational driving
• Supervising daily operations throughout the organization.
• Development and implementation of operational policies, planning and procedures.
• Supporting continuous learning and improvement in organizational event
Governance, compliance and dangers
• Ensuring compliance with all legal, organizational and contractual obligations
• Maintaining and monitoring risk management record
• Support SLT, Board of Directors and CEO of governance and reporting operations (internally and enjoyable)
It, Systems & Infrastructure Inc
• Supervising charitable information technology systems, databases and technology infrastructure.
• Lead on digital transformation and ensuring tools and systems support to provide effective service service
• Maintaining appropriate information security and accreditation standards
Finance & Resource Management Inc
• Cooperation with the head of financing to ensure strong financial planning, budget and reporting operations
• Monitor the organizational performance against the main budgets and standards.
• Working with the teams to ensure and increase the value for money through contracts and expenses
• Supporting financing offers in the first place, as it is linked to basic and operational costs
HR and People Management Inc
• Support the officer in developing strategy and implementation (employment, performance, luxury, learning and development).
• A hero of a positive, feminist and comprehensive work culture in the workplace.
• Ensuring compliance with the employment law and best practices in human resources.
Service leadership service
• The role currently includes the management of the reception team and the management team who support women when they enter the building and use the welcome space for activities as well as support for the logistical operation of the building
Facilities, health and safety
• Managing charitable facilities (offices, community spaces, etc.) and ensuring safe work environments.
• Supervising compliance with health, safety and planning for business continuity.
Leadership and strategic inputs
Contribute to organizational strategy and business planning.
• Work closely with other members of the Supreme Command team to ensure compatibility over contracts, teams and activity shows
• Building and maintaining work partnerships with external organizations
• Supporting and developing your team to ensure that they are eligible and enable them to play their roles, support and support quality services
• Ensuring that all works are carried out according to relevant legislation, policies and procedures for the Nottingham Center for Women, including equal opportunities in the center and health and safety policy.
• CEO ratios as required.
