Your role:

The Relay HR Global team with our cards by combining dedicated individuals and hard work who aspire to learn and grow with the company. We are working closely with the global relay leadership team on initiatives such as performance management, job development, compensation, benefits and employment. The Global Relay HR provides better services and support in enabling the implementation of the Global Relay business strategies with the individual goals of employees and professional goals.

The general human resources expert will provide daily support for human resources for the daily operations of the human resources team and thus contribute to the effective and vocational delivery of human resources programs, operations and services throughout the organization.

Your responsibilities:

  • Partners with business units dedicated to advice and support for managers regarding employee relationship concerns, performance management, and helping them implement best human resources practices
  • It builds and maintains positive business relations with business units dedicated to ensuring the implementation of human resources services properly
  • Analyzes and providing independent recommendations regarding solutions to varying problems in accordance with the organization’s goals and guidelines
  • Maintains compliance with all the requirements of the applicable employment law, company policies, procedures and standards
  • Plans and organizing special work tasks, as well as carrying out tasks as required by the Human Resources Command team
  • It creates human resource documents including display messages, documents on the plane, contractual agreements, employment confirmation letters, etc.
  • Updates are treated in various human resources systems (HRIS, ATS, PAS) as required
  • Supports the annual performance management process, including facilitating employee review meetings and tracking employee performance
  • It facilitates activities on board the plane, exit interviews and relevant activities are taking place as part of the exit process
  • It organizes and determines the priority of a variety of projects and tasks in an effective and in a timely manner, determines the appropriate priorities and meet the final dates
  • He deals with employee relationship issues, and consults with the leadership of human resources in complex matters
  • Cultural interviews (the final round) are conducted with the internal and external applicants who are considered to work
  • It evaluates and identifies trends and suggests solutions that will help the Human Resources Command team design improvement strategies
  • Supports the annual compensation program by educating managers and supporting employee communication
  • Provides support with strategic human resources initiatives, including research, recommendations, ownership and participation in the development, implementation and maintenance of initiatives
  • Analyzes and establishing reports based on human resources standards on a dedicated basis, specifically in detail the effectiveness of current human resources programs and operations
  • Provides support for the immigration process, including new rental requirements as well as visa applications and continuous public relations for new and current employees
  • Participates in the program for a parallel to the counterpart of internal human resources
  • It cooperates in designing and conducting training programs as needed
  • He attends and represents the global relay in job exhibitions and employment events

About you:

  • 3-5 years of experience in human resources; Previous work experience in the high technology industry or software industry is one of the assets.
  • The completion of post -secondary studies in human resources.
  • Good knowledge of human resources standards and best practices.
  • A good work experience in HRIS, ATS or other databases, with advanced skills in MS Office Suite.
  • Very interest in detail with written, verbal and personal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem solving with strong business acumen.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to set multiple skills priorities.
  • You should be able to show a record of responsibility and rule, including the exercise of discretionary and confidentiality.
  • The self -center that relaxes work independently and with a team.
  • Good knowledge of recruitment regulations, including employment standards and human rights law.
  • Flexibility and ability to take initiatives; Comfortable work in a fast -paced environment with changing priorities.
  • The ability to build confidence with all levels of employees within the organization has proven.

compensation:

Global Relay announces the scope of wages for this role in accordance with the laws of transparency wage in British Columbia. Individual wages rates are determined by evaluating factors such as experience, skills, education and professional background.

The range below reflects the expected annual basic salary, which is only one component of the comprehensive comprehensive bonus package designed to reflect the philosophy of our company’s wages, culture and values. British Colombia – the basic salary range

70,000 dollars – 85,000 Canadian dollars
