Executive Assistant Director of Athletics at Fort Collins, Colorado

The Executive Athletics Director is a full -time professional position that provides direct reports to athletics manager. This position provides administrative support at the executive level of the athletics manager in fulfilling their administrative responsibilities, including but not limited to, evaluation management, meeting and event logistics, meeting routine offices expenses, and helping daily offices in an effective, organized and at the appropriate time. This position will supervise the daily management of the athletics director, the sports director, and senior sports managers, and coordinate the schedules of the executive team of meetings and project management. The position will coordinate travel to the director of athletics, the sports director, and senior sports managers, executives of various manifestations, events, jobs and media obligations throughout the evaluation year. The position requires intense coordination and cooperation with many internal and external components, including the president’s office, the president’s team, and other university executives.

- Bachelor’s degree
- No less than four years of practical experience similar to supporting situation (position) at the executive level
- Show organizational skills and pay attention to details, including the ability to give priority to work burden
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to edit, analyze, analyze and interpret documents
- Experience in managing sensitive and confidential information showed
- Efficiency with technology including Microsoft Office products and virtual meeting platforms
- Experience in work in an environment that requires the ability to adapt, independent management of competing demands, and amendments to repeated change
- Self -start with experience in work independently with minimal supervision
- You must have a valid driver’s license or the ability to obtain a driver’s license according to the start date
- The ability to work in the evening and weekend holidays, holidays and travel as needed for this position
